Not on this page: where someone came from, what device they used, and how long they stayed. None of that is in your orders table — it only knows about people who reached the cart. For that, turn on Cloudflare Web Analytics on the Pages project. It is free, needs no cookie banner, and reports visitors and page views per URL.
